What is the cancelation and refund policy?

We can reschedule or offer a full refund within 4 hours’ notice of the booking.

Will I receive my results with the stated time frame?

98% of our tests are processed within the stated time frame.

All tests that we administer will be sent to an external laboratory on the same day they have been taken. We cannot guarantee any delays that may occur on behalf of the laboratory and therefore Avante Health is not liable for any delays experienced.

Which test is suitable for me?

Test to release – if you’re arriving in the UK from a non-red list country, and would like to leave quarantine 5 days early

Fit to travel – if you’re travelling abroad, you will need a negative PCR test no longer than 3 days before your flight. Please check with the destination country on their travel requirement and restrictions, for more information please visit the gov.uk website and/or the destinations country governments website as well.

Rapid test – some countries accept rapid tests for arrivals to enter the country with a negative rapid test. Before booking, check your specific countries government travel advice on their website.

What happens if my test comes back positive?

The laboratory will inform Public Health England for the positive results. We will also be informed, and we will contact you as soon as possible with further instructions.

How will my results arrive?

You will receive a an Avante Health medical certificate, please see an example above, and a laboratory report from your test. These two forms will be sent to your provided email address.
